摘要
由于娱乐风洞主体结构为典型的薄壁结构且受载情况复杂,所以在设计阶段必须考虑其静强度、静刚度以及动态特性问题.本文首先对主体结构作了简要介绍,然后通过单元分析,根据Hamilton原理,推导了有限元方程,并利用CAE软件MSC/Nastran对该风洞主体结构进行了仿真分析,获得了静力学以及模态分析结果.结果表明:该风洞主体结构满足静强度与静刚度要求,总体刚度分布合理,模态频率分布良好,但从经济性角度考虑应对局部结构进行进一步优化.
The main body of recreation wind tunnel is a kind of typical thin shell structure, and the loads added on it are very complex, so some questions must be considered in the design phase, including static strength, static stiffness and dynamics characteristics. Some finite element equations are deduced according to the element analysis and the Hamilton Principle in this paper, and the results of static analysis and model analysis are obtained by analyzing the main body with CAE software-MSC/Nastran and finite element method. The results indicate that static strength and stiffness of the main body are enough, total stiffness distribution is logical, and mode frequency distribution is well, but considering from on economics angle. Some parts should be optimized further.
