中国环颈雉心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白基因的cDNA克隆及序列分析

摘要 运用RT-PCR技术,克隆了中国环颈雉心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白基因的序列,并对其进行了测序及生物信息学分析。结果表明:中国环颈雉H-FABP基因cDNA序列长为402bp,开放阅读框为399bp,编码132个氨基酸,推测的蛋白相对分子质量为14.64KD,等电点为6.30。中国环颈雉H-FABP基因与已报道的鸡、鸭、珍珠鸡等禽类动物的核苷酸和编码氨基酸序列具有很高的相似性。 Hearttype fatty acid binding protein (H-FABP) cDNA was cloned from chinese ring-necked pheasant using RTPCR method. The cDNA was sequenced and analyzed. The result showed that the cloned cDNA fragment was 402 bp, contained an openreading frame of 399bp encoding 132 amino acids. The supposed molecular weight of the putative HFABP protein was 14.64KD, and theoretical PI was 6.30. It indicates that nucleotide sequence and deduced amino acid sequence showed a high homology between chinese ringnecked pheasant and poultry.
