摘要
研究酵母硒对染铅小鼠排铅作用的影响。选择雄性健康昆明小白鼠90只,随机分为6组,每组15只。1组为阴性对照组,2组为醋酸铅模型组,3组为亚硒酸钠组,4~6组为酵母硒低、中、高剂量组。除阴性对照组外,其余组分别饲喂等量的醋酸铅,30d后测定每组小鼠血液、脑、骨、肝中铅的含量。结果表明,酵母硒组小鼠血液、脑、骨、肝铅水平均显著低于醋酸铅模型组(P<0.05)。可见酵母硒对亚慢性铅中毒小鼠具有明显的排铅作用。
In order to research the effect of yeast selenium on lead excretion of the chronic lead poisoning mice, and 90 male health kun ming mice were randomly divided into six groups, and each group include 15 rats. Group 1 was negative control, group 2 was lead acetate model group, groups 3 was sodium selenite group. Groups 4, 5, 6 had low, medium and high dose yeast selenium, respectively. In addition to negative the control, the rest of the groups were feeding the same amount of acetic acid lead. After 30 days content of lead in blood, brain, bone and liver was determined. The results showed that lead level blood, brain, liver and bone of yeast selenium groups were significantly lower than that in lead acetate model group (P〈0.05). Therefore, yeast selenium had obvious effect to promote the excretion of lead in chronic lead poisoning mice.
