摘要
南岭天蚕属大蚕蛾科一化性珍惜物种,以卵态幼虫越冬。将天蚕种卵在4种不同的环境条件下保护,研究天蚕种卵的不同的保护方法、保护温度对孵化率的影响。结果表明:保护温度在-2~-16℃的范围内冻害,各区组的孵化率:低温库内-2℃区组孵化率为74.6%,自然雪埋-16℃区组孵化率为73.8%,室内自然-14℃区组孵化率为73.6%,冰箱低温-4℃区组孵化率为73.2%;孵化率分别相差0.8%、1.0%和1.4%。平均孵化率为73.8%。确定种卵在20~23℃、相对湿度70%的环境条件下孵卵期为20d,孵化期为15~17d。本研究为人工养殖适时收蚁提供了科学依据。
The nanling giant silkworm which belongs to saturniidoe, is a treasure of the wild species and Lives through the winter with larva in egg. The eggs were protected in four different types of environmental conditions, and then the hatchability rates were investigated to find the proper protection ways and temperatures. The result showed that there were no cold injuries and no significant differences in the eggs as the protection temperatures were from -2^0C to -16^0C. The hatchability rate of eggs was 74.6% at -2^0C in the cold reservoir, was 73.8% at -16^0C in the snow, was 73.6% at -14~C in the room, and was 73.2% at -4^0C in the refrigerator. The differences of the hatchability rate were 0.8%, 1.0% and 1.4%, respectively. The average hatchability rat was 73.8%. In the environmental conditions the temperatures were 20^0-23^0C, the relative humidity was 70%. The hatching time was 20 days, and 15-17d are suitable brushingoff of silkworm larvae for artificial breeding.
