摘要
本试验以矮丛蓝莓美登茎段为材料,研究了不同处理条件下植株再生和瓶外生根情况以及移栽基质与生长状况。结果表明,改良WPM+ZT2.0mg/L+蔗糖20.0g/L+琼脂粉5.0g/L为最佳增殖培养基,成苗系数6.2,株高1.5cm;瓶外生根可以节约成本,采用IBA0.5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L浸泡水苔,包裹蓝莓的基部,成活率可达87.4%;移栽选用的最佳基质为园土:草炭土:松毛(1:3:1),成活率可达92.1%。
In this experiment, the plantlet regeneration, ex vitro rooting, transplant matrix and growth conditions of stems in 'Blomidon' bush blueberry in different treatments were studied. The main results were as follows: the improved WPM+ZT 2.0mg/L+suerose 20.0g/L+AGAR powder 5.0g/L were the best, the seedling rate reached to 6.2 and the plant height was 1.5era; the ex vitro rooting can save costs, the survival rate of ex vitro rooting was up to 87.4% using sphagnum as transplant matrix when sphagna was soaked by IBA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L, and the base of blueberry was parceled. The best transplant medium were selected that were garden soil, tufty soil and ohyllodoce (1:3:1). and the survival rate can amount to 92.1%.
