玉蜀黍叶中氨基酸及无机元素的含量测定

Determination of Amino Acids and Inorganic Elements in the leaves of Zea mays L.

对玉蜀黍叶中氨基酸和无机元素进行研究。采用日立835-50型氨基酸分析仪和ICP-AES法对玉蜀黍叶中氨基酸和无机元素进行了研究。结果表明,玉蜀黍叶中含有17种氨基酸和12种人体必需的无机元素。本研究为玉蜀黍叶的药用开发提供了参考依据。

To determine amino acids and inorganic elements in the leaves ofzea mays L., amino acids in leaves ofzea mays L. were determined by the amino acid analyzer, and inorganic elements in leaves ofzea mays L. were determined by ICPAES. The result showed that there were 17 amino acids and 12 kind of inorganic elements in leaves ofzea mays L., and it provide a basis for the medical exploitation of the leaves of zea mays L..
