摘要
实现武汉市利用外资从粗放型到集约型战略转变 ,是武汉市跨世纪利用外资的重要课题。本文在分析武汉市在利用外资、外资管理及服务现状的基础上 ,通过对武汉市利用外资存在问题的剖析 ,提出了武汉市外资利用、管理及服务问题 8条对策建议与新思路。
It is a very important problem for Wuhan city to accomplish the strategic transform form the extensive operation to the intensive operation in the aspect of the utilization of foreign investment. Basing on the analysis of the present situation and problems of foreign capital utilization, management and service of Wuhan city, this paper puts forward eight countermeasures and new trains of thoughts in the utilization, management and service of foreign capital.
