摘要
通过正交试验设计确定了氟苯尼考颗粒的制备工艺,采用质量分数为5%的PVP和体积分数为50%的乙醇作为黏合剂,所制的氟苯尼考水溶性颗粒收率达到90%以上,溶解性符合标准规定。
A new process is put forward for making florfenicol soluble granules,which has been optimized by orthogonal experiment.It uses 5% PVP and 50% ethanol as binder.The yield is up to 90%,and the product has good solubility.
