以宁波市工商银行职工为研究对象,以银行职工的健身情况为研究内容,对宁波市工商银行老三区办事处职工的健身情况进行调查研究。通过对银行职工身体锻炼过程中的健身频率、时间、健身项目,及制约职工健身因素等方面问题的调查研究与分析,提出相关建议,为职工健身提供参考建议。

With Industrial and Commercial Bank of workers Ningbo city as the research object, bank staff＇s fitness as the research content, it investigated and studied the Industrial and Commercial Bank office staff＇s fitness situation in the old district of Ningbo city. The bank workers＇ exercise fitness frequency, time, fitness programs, and fitness restrict factors and other aspects have been researched and analyzed, and then it put forward the related proposal, and suggestion for health workers.
