烟叶表面高效降解蛋白质芽孢杆菌的分离筛选及其鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 利用芽孢杆菌耐高温的特性,从烟叶表面分离筛选并得到1株可高效降解蛋白质的菌株F-Y-11,其蛋白质降解圈直径与菌落直径比值(HC值)为5.50,蛋白酶活力为25.67 U。通过形态学特征及生理生化特征鉴定菌株F-Y-11为芽孢杆菌属。将其制成菌剂对烟丝进行发酵,测得蛋白质降解率为29.32%。 Library utilization rate of the library embodies the being value of the university library.Therefore,how to improve the utilization of library is common concern,how to improve the utilization rate of the library is also a problem to be solved urgently.This article have investigated utilization rate of the library of Kashi Teacher's College,and analyzed the utilization rate of minority teachers college library,put forward the measures to use library resources reasonably.
