鼻咽癌组织中VEGF-C、LYVE-1表达与患者生存率的关系 被引量:1

Relationship between Expression of VEGF-C and LYVE-1 in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma and Patients′ Survival

摘要 目的探讨鼻咽癌组织中血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)及淋巴管内皮透明质酸受体-1(LYVE-1)的表达与患者生存率的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学二步法,检测56例鼻咽癌标本和15例正常鼻咽黏膜标本中VEGF-C的表达情况,并通过淋巴管内皮细胞特异性标记物———LYVE-1染色,计数鼻咽癌组织中淋巴管密度(LVD)值,分析鼻咽癌组织中VEGF-C与LVD与患者生存率的关系。结果 (1)56例鼻咽癌组织和15例正常黏膜组VEGF-C的阳性表达率分别为83.9%(47/56)和26.7%(4/15),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。鼻咽癌组LVD值为(20.00±4.37),正常黏膜组为(10.12±1.79),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)VEGF-C、LVD与生存率的关系:56例患者3年累积生存率为64.0%,经Log-rank检验结果显示VEGF-C高表达、高LVD 3年累积生存率均低于VEGF-C低表达、低LVD患者差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VEGF-C、LVD与患者生存率呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌组织中VEGF-C与LVD的表达明显高于正常鼻咽黏膜上皮;VEGF-C高表达、高LVD鼻咽癌患者生存率较低,预后较差。 To explore the relationship between expression of vascular endothelial growth factorC (VEGFC), lymphatic vessel endothelial hyaluronic acid receptor 1 (LYVE-1) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and patients' survival. Methods Immunohistochemistry(IHC) was used to examine the expression of VEGFC in 56 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 15 cases of ormal mucous membrane of nasopharynx, and lymphatic vessel density(LVD) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was counted by LYVE-1 staining which was specific marker for lymphatic vessel endothelial cell, and the relationships among VEGFC, LVD and patents' survival were analyzed. Results (1)The expression of VEGFC in 56 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 15 cases of normal mucous membrane of nasopharynx were 83.92% (47/56) and 26.7% (4/15) respectively, and there was significant difference between these two groups (P 〈 0.01 ). LVD of nasopharyngeal carcinoma group was 20.00 + 4.37, LVD of normal mucous membrane of nasopharynx group was 10.12 + 1.79, and there was significant difference between these two groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). (2)The relationship between VEGFC, LVD and patients' survival: the 3-year cumulative survival of 56 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was 64.0% , the Logrank test showed that the 3-year cumulative survival of the patients with high expression of VEGF-C and high LVD was lower than that of the patients negatively with low expression of VEGF-C and low LVD ( P 〈 0.05 ). VEGFC and LVD were correlated with the patients' survival ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Theexpression of VEGFC and LVD in nasopharyngeal carcinoma is higher than that in normal mucous membrane of nasopharynx. Patients with high expression of VEGFC and high LVD have low survival and poor prognosis.
