摘要
提出一种光纤传感用可调谐滤波器方案,使用伺服电机驱动滤波片匀速旋转,利用改变入射光角度的方式实现连续调谐波长输出。结合光纤传感的解调原理,设计了基于DSP芯片的伺服电机控制电路。通过选择PID控制算法及PID参数稳定伺服电机转速,在1 530~1 570nm的波长调谐范围内,该滤波器实现了比较高的重复性和稳定性,由电机转速抖动误差造成的解调波长的误差控制在±10pm内,成本低,控制方便,可用于光纤传感系统。
A novel angle-tuning Fabry-Perot(F-P) filter for optical fiber sensing system is presented that can realize swept source output by changing the incidence angle of F-P filter with DC servo motor.And by choosing PID control algorism and PID parameter to stabilize the velocity of servo motor.The wavelength errors caused by servo motor velocity jitter is less than ±10 pm with a turning range of 1 530~1 570 nm.It is available for optical fiber sensing system because of low cost and convenience in control.
