摘要
GH4169合金的大直径锻棒是生产燃气涡轮发动机涡轮盘等大尺寸锻件的重要材料。主要由开坯锻造工艺制备,得到组织均匀细小、性能优良的锻棒,显著地提高锻件的性能。开发了GH4169合金的微观组织预测系统,对GH4169合金开坯锻造过程中的组织演变规律进行三维热力耦合数值分析。
Large diameter bars of GH4169 superalloy forged by cogging process are important for the production of large dimension components such as turbine disks of gas turbine engines. And, bars with fine grain and good performance can improve the performance of workpieces obviously. The microstructural prediction system of GH4169 superalloy was developed. In addition, the microstructure evolution of alloy during cogging process was simulated and analyzed using the prediction system and 3D thermal-mechanical coupled finite element method.
