27SiMn钢化学镀Ni-Ce-P和Ni-Cu-Ce-P性能对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 为改善采煤液压支架立柱的耐蚀和耐磨性能,以常用材料27SiMn钢为基体,制备了化学镀Ni-Ce-P和Ni-Cu-Ce-P镀层。利用SEM、XRD对镀层形貌和物相进行表征,对比分析两种镀层的硬度、耐磨及耐蚀性能。结果表明:相对于Ni-Ce-P镀层,Ni-Cu-Ce-P镀层表面更为平整和致密;各镀层结构均以非晶态为主;镀层试样的硬度和耐磨性均比基体有很大提高,Ni-Cu-Ce-P镀层耐磨性约为Ni-Ce-P镀层的2.3倍;经3.5%NaCl溶液腐蚀,两种镀层均出现了钝化现象,Ni-Cu-Ce-P的耐蚀性优于Ni-Ce-P镀层。 In order to improve the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of 27SiMn alloy substrate of the mining hydraulic support, electroless Ni-Ce-P and Ni-Cu-Ce-P coatings were prepared on the alloy substrate, respectively. The surface morphology and phase analysis of the coatings were characterized with OM, SEM and XRD, meanwhile, the hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coatings were comparatively analyzed. Compared with the electroless Ni-Ce-P coating, the surface of Ni-Cu-Ce-P coating becomes more compact and smooth; the XRD results reveal that both of them have a typical amorphous structure. The hardness and wear resistance of the coatings are higher than those of the substrate; moreover, the wear resistance of Ni-Cu-Ce-P coatings is 2.3 times higher than that of Ni-Ce-P coating. The polarization curve measurements in 3.5% NaC1 show that there are not only passivation behaviors in anodic polarization curves of the two coatings, but also the corrosion resistance of the Ni-Cu-Ce-P coating is superior to that of Ni-Ce-P coating.
