低合金Cr-Ni-Mo钢规定比例极限与规定非比例延伸强度的关系

摘要 通过研究建立3个低合金Cr-Ni-Mo钢的规定比例极限与规定非比例延伸强度关系,即规定比例极限对应的非比例伸长率是多少,实现用规定非比例延伸强度代替规定比例极限。结果表明,35CrNi3MoV、35CrNi3Mo、35CrNi1Mo规定比例极限对应的规定非比例延伸强度分别为RP0.018、RP0.013、RP0.015。 By intensive study, the relationship between specified proportional limit and non-proportional elongation strength of three low alloy steels was established, namely, non proportional elongation ratio is corresponding to that of proportional limit. Therefore the replacement of specified limit by the specified nonproportional elongation strength was realized. The study shows that the values of nonproportional strength for three steels of 35CrNi3MoV, 35CrNi3Mo and 35CrNi 1Mo, are R_p0.018R_p0.013nd R_p0.015, respectively.
