双酚单丙烯酸酯抗氧剂对NBR/WCB混炼胶耐热老化性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了抗氧剂GM对NBR/WCB混炼胶的硫化特性、力学性能和耐热老化性能的影响,并通过TG分析表征混炼胶的耐热稳定性。结果表明,抗氧剂GM具有防止焦烧和加快硫化速度的作用,随着GM用量的增大,混炼胶的拉伸强度和伸长率升高,撕裂强度和硬度下降。混炼胶的耐热老化性能随抗氧剂GM用量增大而提高,GM用量以4份为宜。TG分析表明,加入抗氧剂GM后,混炼胶的耐热稳定性提高。 The effect of antioxidant GM on the curing characteristics,mechanical properties and heat aging properties of NBR/WCB blends had been investigated and the thermal stability of the blends was characterized by TG analysis.The results show that antioxidant GM has effect on anti-scorching and improving curing speed.The tensile strength and elongation at break increase while tear strength and hardness decrease with the addition of GM.The heat aging properties of the blends are improved with the increasing of GM dosage and the proper dosage of GM is 4 phr.TG analysis shows that the thermal stability of the blends increases with the addition of GM.
