摘要
通过熔融共混工艺,利用双螺杆挤出机制备了聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)/玻璃纤维(GF)/成核剂/十溴二苯乙烷共混体系,研究了成核剂种类和用量对共混体系力学性能的影响。结果表明,成核剂种类和含量的优化不仅可以全面提高共混体系的力学性能,而且可以改善共混体系的结晶性能;随着成核剂含量的增加,共混体系的力学性能呈现先增加,后下降的趋势。当成核剂离子聚合物用量为0.2%时,综合性能最佳。
By melt blending process,a kind of flame retardant and glass fiber reinforced PET engineering plastics was prepared with a double screw extruder.The influence of the type and amount of nucleating agent on mechanical properties was studied.The results showed that the type and amount of nucleating agent could improve mechanical properties as well as crystallize property.when the content of the nucleating agent increased,the mechanical properties of the blending system firstly increased and then decreased.When the content of nucleating agent was 0.2%,the mechanical properties of the blending system were best.
