摘要
量化考核作为高校一种有效的管理手段,正日益受到重视,但传统的人工处理方式难以充分发挥管理的效果,因此,针对高校教师量化考核管理手段智能程度欠缺的弊端,开发了科学和实用的量化考核系统,并对该系统的具体内容进行了阐述,旨在进一步提高高校教师的工作积极性和创造性,更好地实现自我目标,从而有助于高校建立切实可行的战略发展目标。
Quantitative Assessment has been regarded as an effective management measure,in order to manage the quantitative assessment of teachers intelligently,overcome the disadvantages when artificial processing exited in management,the quantitative assessment system based on ASP has been established to further improve the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers,which in turn contributed to the strategic development of universities.
