Research on Corresponding Strategies of Utilizing Foreign Direct Investment in Heilongjiang Province

黑龙江省在引资、利用外资过程中,存在着金融支持力度不够、投资区域不合理、利用外资质量不高等问题。所以,黑龙江省应制定包括与国际惯例接轨的利用外商直接投资政策,促进黑龙江省的经济增长。

In Heilongjiang province,there are several problems in the process of attracting and utilizing foreign direct investment： lack of financial support,unreasonable investment regions,and ineffective utilization of foreign investment and so on.So the government of Heilongjiang province should formulate policies of utilizing foreign direct investment which is consistent with international practices,in order to promote the economy of Heilongjiang province.
