摘要
扩容改造后的唐钢3#高炉(3 200 m3)开炉初期,炉况波动大,尤其是渣皮脱落较多,很难形成相对稳定的操作炉型,对高炉操作带来了很大困难。对此采取了一系列措施,找到了合适的高炉操作制度,实现了炉况的长期稳定顺行,高炉利用系数达到2.45 t/(m3.d)以上,取得了较好的效果。
At the beginning of blowing on of 3# blast furnace(3 200 m3) of Tang Steel after volume-expanding reformation,the furnace condition is changed within a large range,especially there is much slag rind dropped,so it is difficult to form a relative steady operation profile and it brings about a big difficulty for blast furnace operation.To that situation a series of measures are adopted,a feasible operation system found out,the long-period steady and smooth operation of furnace condition is realized,the utilization ratio of blast furnace reaches over 2.45 t/(m3·d).
