摘要
氧气转炉炼钢生产的除尘技术主要有湿法和干法两种。由于湿法净化回收系统存在着能耗高、二次污染的缺点,逐渐被干法除尘系统取代。首钢京唐300 t转炉烟气净化回收选择了干法除尘技术。针对300 t转炉干法除尘系统存在的设备故障和多发部位的问题,经过长期的摸索,找出了降低设备故障的措施,对部分备件进行了改进和国产化改造,保证了设备的稳定运行,降低了成产成本,提高了生产效率。
There are two kinds of dust collecting technique： dry and wet in production of steelmaking with oxygen converter.Because of high energy consumption and secondary pollution the wet cleaning recovery system is gradually replaced by dry system.It is applied in gas cleaning recovery system for 300 t converter.To the problems in the equipments of this system,measures are made out to reduce the breakdown,part of spare parts are improved and localization reformed,steady operation of equipments got guaranteed,cost reduced,productivity raised.
