摘要
为降低能源成本,增加发电量,2010年唐钢炼铁厂北区新建1套25 MW发电机组和1座75 t/h锅炉。为满足新建锅炉高炉煤气用量的需要,系统分析了各工序高炉煤气的使用情况,针对高炉煤气使用过程中普遍存在的利用效率低的问题,提出改进措施,达到了高炉煤气的供需平衡,实现了预期目标。
In 2010 a new set of 25 MW electricity generators and one 75 t/h boiler was built in north region of Ironworks of Tang Steel to reduce energy cost and increase generating electricity.To meet the requirement of the new boiler for blast furnace gas,it is systematically analyzed the usage situation of gas in various working procedures,some improving measures proposed against to the low efficiency in gas utilization.As a result it strike a balance between supply and demand for blast furnace gas.
