摘要
在分析散货码头生产作业和全变频驱动皮带机系统特点的基础上,提出实现按物流方向顺序起动设备的PLC控制方法,通过与传统的逆起动流程的比较,论述采用顺起动流程的必要性和可行性,可为提高散货码头皮带机系统作业效率、减低单位能耗、实现节能减排的目标提供参考。
By analyzing the characteristics of full frequency conversion drive belt conveyor system and bulk cargo terminal operation, PLC-control method is proposed, through which equipment can be started up in sequence by following materials flow. By comparing with conventional reverse start-up procedures, the necessity and feasibility to implement start-up procedures are explained, which provide reference for raising operation efficiency of bulk cargo terminal belt conveyor system, decreasing energy consumption per unit and achieving the goal of energy-saving and emission-reduction.
