摘要
以N-叔丁氧羰基-L-酪氨酸乙酯为原料,经系列反应制备(S)-4-[4′-(对乙烯基苄氧基)苄基]-1-苯基-2-咪唑烷酮手性单体,用AIBN作引发剂,与苯乙烯溶液聚合制备线型聚苯乙烯支载的手性咪唑烷酮,用IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR及元素分析对其结构进行表征,所得数据与其结构相吻合。
A chiarl imidazolidinone monomer was synthesized by using N-tert-butoxycarbonyl- Boc-L-tyrosine ethyl ester as initiating chiral material by seven reactions. Linear polystyrene supported imidazolidinone was obtained by the monomer copolymerized with styrene using AIBN as initiator. The product was characterized by IR, 1^H NMR, 13^C NMR and elemental analysis. The spectrum analytical result was consistent with the compound structure.
