摘要
以聚苯乙烯(PS)为原料,采用非均相磺化的反应方法,以浓硫酸为磺化试剂,制备得到了磺化聚苯乙烯(SPS),对SPS的结构与性能进行了表征。结果表明:磺酸根基团已成功接到PS大分子链上;当磺化度为27.9%时,SPS在溶液中的离子交换容量(IEC)值为2.23,电导率可达0.625S.cm-1,[η]较PS有明显增大,为126.2mL/g。
The sulfon ated polystyrene (SPS) was prepared by heterogeneous sulfonation using polystyrene (PS) as raw material and concentrated sulfuric acid as the sulfonation reagent. The structure and performance of SPS were characterized. Results showed that the PS was sulfonated successfuUy. When the degree of sulfonation get to 27.9 % ,The IEC value of the PS in solution is 2.23,the conductivity is 0.625S/cm, The [η] is increased greatly compared to PS in solution and the value is 126.2 mL/g.
