摘要
目的探讨生物反馈治疗儿童功能性便秘的疗效。方法采用生物反馈治疗慢性功能性便秘患儿37例,观察治疗前后肛门直肠测压值及临床症状的变化。结果治疗后肛管静息压、最大缩窄压、直肠感知阈值、排便紧迫感阈值、最大耐受量及临床症状均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),总有效率为81.08%。结论生物反馈治疗能有效改善肛门直肠动力状态及临床症状,是治疗儿童功能性便秘安全有效的方法。
Objective To investigate functional constipation of children. Methods the therapeutic effect of treatment with biofeedback for Thirty - seven cases of children functional constipation were treated with biofeedback, and the variation of anus pretherapy and post - treatment were compared. Results rectum measure and clinical symptoms of Anal resting pressure, maximum coarctation pressure,rectum threshold of perception current, defecation urgency threshold, maximally tolerated dose and clinical symptoms of post - treatment were significantly better than pretherapy （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the total effective rate was 81. 08%. Conclusion Treatment with biofeedback can ameliorate anus rectum pressure effectively and can be used for children functional constipation safely and effectively.
