摘要
以链霉菌060524为出发菌株,通过紫外线、LiCl以及紫外-LiCl等物化因子分别对其孢子进行诱变后,再结合氯霉素、酪氨酸和乙酸钠等抗性筛选方法,最终筛选到一株茴香霉素产量达208.2 mg/L的菌株UL3-15,其产素能力比出发菌株提高了近3倍。实验结果还表明,所选育的高产菌株UL3-15的产素能力具有良好的遗传稳定性;淀粉和黄豆饼粉分别是可供用于发酵产茴香霉素的最佳碳、氮源。
The spores of the original strain Streptomyces 060524 were treated with ultraviolet radiation (UV) , LiCI , and UV- LiC1, respectively. The mutant UL3-15 was obtained through resistance screening tests related to chloramphenicol, L-tyrosine and sodium acetate. The anisomycin productivity of the mutant UL3-15 was 208.2 mg/L, approximately 3 times of the original strain. Furthermore, the results showed that the high-yielding mutant UL3-15 performed inheritable stability, and also the starch and soybean meal was the optiimal carbon source and nitrogen source, respectively.
