根据可靠度指标的几何意义,将求解可靠度指标问题转化为求极小值的优化问题,建立了求解可靠度指标β的优化模型。采用Matlab语言编制了通用的计算程序,使得Matlab语言在可靠度计算中得到应用。

Starting from geometric significance of the reliability index, this article solves the problem of the reliability index values into the optimization problem of minimization and establishes the optimization model of solving reliability index. It prepares general - purpose computer program using Maflab language. The Maflab language has been applied in reliability analysis. Thus it plays an active role in promoting the use of structural reliability theory.
