摘要
基于改性后渣土的非线性本构关系,建立了盾构机土仓压力控制模型。根据现场观测的土仓压力、螺旋输送机转速和盾构机推进速度数据,提出了基于遗传算法的土仓压力控制模型参数辨识方法。工程实践应用结果表明,所建立的土仓压力控制模型及其参数辨识方法是十分有效的,土仓压力控制模型预测的土仓压力与观测值吻合较好。
The pressure control model on soil chamber of shield machine was proposed based on nonlinear constitutive relationship between stress and strain of conditioned soil in soil chamber of shield machine. The parameter identifica- tion procedure of pressure control model was presented according to in-situ observed pressure on soil chamber, rotating speed of screw conveyor and thrusting speed of shield machine. The practical application of proposed procedure shows that proposed pressure controX model and parameter identification procedure are very effective, and forecasted pressure on soil chamber agrees well with observed ones.
