煤炭直接液化残渣有机可溶物萃取研究 被引量:11

摘要 对神华煤直接液化残渣中的有机可溶物进行了萃取,研究了萃取的条件,分析了萃取物的性质。结果表明,适宜的萃取条件是胜利中油为溶剂,N2初压为0.5 MPa,温度为130~150℃,停留时间为15~30 min,溶剂与残渣的质量比为4∶1~5∶1,持续搅拌。在此条件下,残渣萃取率达50%,残渣萃取物的灰分产率几乎为0,油分含量约为58%,H/C原子数比为0.99,脂肪烃和芳香环含量高,芳香环缩合度为0.675,芳碳率为0.694,420℃左右失重速率最大。 Shenhua direct coal liquefaction residue (DCLR) was extracted. The solvent extraction conditions and the characteristics of the extracts were studied. The results indicate that the optimal conditions are middle distillate of Shengli coal, 130- 150 ℃ of the temperature,0. 5 MPa of the initial N2 pressure,4 : 1 or 5 : 1 of the mass ratio of solvent to residue and 15 - 30 rain of residence time as well as stirring. The extraction yield is more than 50% and the extracts contains about 58% oil and nearly no ash,besides ,the H/C ratio is 0.99 and the condensation degree of aro- matic nucleus is 0. 675 ,the aramid-carbon ratio is 0. 694 ,weightlessness rate is maximum at 420 ℃.
