Analysis of Drug Repercussion in Outpatient Dispensary of Our Hospital and Management Optimization

目的加强医院退药管理,促进合理用药。方法统计并分析医院2008年至2010年的退药数量、金额和原因。结果退药对药房工作造成了一定影响,有相当部分退药是由于医师处方行为不规范和医患沟通不足造成的,可以避免。结论通过加强医师培训和药房处方审核,完善退药制度,可以减少不必要的退药。

Objective To strengthen the drug repercussion management and to promote the rational drug use. Methods The amount, consumption sum and causes of drug repercussion during 2008 -2010 in the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital were statistically analyzed. Results Drug repercussion affected the pharmacy works to some extent. The considerable part of drug repercussion was caused by non-standard prescription and inadequate communication between physicians and patients, which could be avoid under correct management measures. Conclusion Strengthening the doctor training and the prescription check, and perfecting the drug repercussion system could reduce unnecessary drug repercussion.
