Use Status Analysis of Oral Hypoglycemic Drugs in Our Hospital during 2006 — 2010

目的分析基层医院口服降血糖药应用情况与变化趋势,以利其合理应用。方法利用微机管理系统,汇总2006年至2010年口服降血糖药应用数据,并进行分析。结果格列齐特片用量较大,格列吡嗪缓释片也应用较多。结论口服降血糖药用量整体呈上升趋势,使用种类渐趋广泛,应用较合理。

Objective To analyze the status quo and the variation trend of the use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital for promoting their rational use. Methods The computer management system in our hospital was applied for analysis of the utilization of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital between 2006 and 2010. Results The use amount of Gliclazide Tablet was larger. Glipizide Sustained Release Tablet was used more commonly. Conclusion The use amount of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital shows the increasing trend, the use kinds become extensive and their application is more rational.
