摘要
目的观察阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗滴虫性阴道炎的效果与副作用。方法将100例滴虫性阴道炎患者随机分为2组,每组50例。对照组使用甲硝唑口服治疗,治疗组以阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊塞阴治疗,比较治疗前后症状、体征变化情况和实验室指标。结果治疗组症状、体征得到明显改善,总有效率为92.00%,而对照组的总有效率为88.00%,且治疗组未发现明显不良反应。结论阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗滴虫性阴道炎有较好的疗效,可在临床上推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and the side effects of Viable Organism Lactobacillus Capsule in the treatment of trichomonas vaginitis. Methods A hundred patients with trichomonas vaginitis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （50 cases） was treated with metronidazole, while the treatment group （50 cases） with Viable Organism Lactobacillus Capsule. The changes of the physical signs and the various laboratory indexes were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment with Viable Organism Laetobacillus Capsule, the symptoms and the physical signs were significantly improved with the total effective rate of 92.00%, which in the metronidazole group was 88.00%. No obvious adverse reactions occurred during treatment of Viable Organism Lactobacillus Capsule. Conclusion Viable Organism Lactobacillus Capsule has a good effect in the treatment of trichomonas vaginitis, which can be popularized in clinical practice.
