军队计划生育优生优育技术中心“一体两翼”实践

Building up the Mode of PLA Technique Center of Family Planning

以军队某综合医院加强全军计划生育优生优育技术中心建设的实践为基础,在综合分析该中心建设现状的基础上,提出中心应重点加强"一体两翼"建设的基本思路;在传统中心建设追求大而全的妇产科、儿科、男科和生殖医学科的基础上,着眼于从医院层面提升综合保障能力;突出强调在建设好"一体"即四个核心学科的同时,重点要加强"两翼"建设,即完善技术体系和拓展服务内涵,切实推进保障力生成模式转变,实现"中心"建设科学发展。

On the base of the experience of building PLA technique center of family planning in a general hospital, and by reviewing the correlative information and analyzing the status of the technique center, the develop- ment idea was proposed as ＂a body and two wings＂. A body means the construction of four key subjects as gynecol- ogy and obstetrics, pediatrics, andrology and reproductive medicine, and two wings means to perfect the technique system and expand the service range.
