摘要
本文以都江堰市人民医院为例,探讨汶川地震后外省医院与灾区医院的对口援建工作,提出医疗队驻扎指导-外派进修-专家团定期巡回指导三种主要援建模式,并对两年来援建工作的效果进行评价。途径同时运行,第一年重建基础医疗质量体系,第二年完成医院管理与技术水平全方位提升;历时两年,使都江堰市人民医院综合水平全面提高,实现从二级甲等医院到三级乙等医院跨越,圆满完成援建任务。
Taking Dujiangyan People~ Hospital as example, the author discussed the counterpart support work between hospital in affected area and hospital in other province after Wenchuan earthquake. The author put forward a new counterpart support mode and assessed the effectiveness of the hospital after two years support work.
