摘要
随着军队精简整编,军队医院聘用人员逐渐成为医院发展的重要力量,但由于聘用人员未接受正规军队政治文化教育,显现出明显的倾向性问题,主要表现为无归属感、管理困难等针对现状;本院采取了以下应对措施:提高思想认识、严格纪律规范、狠抓教育落实、加强岗位培训、实行入预备役、健全管理机制,使到聘用人员能够安心本职,服务军队。
The adjustment of military personnel management system has cause that the employed staff to be an important part of service force in the military hospital. But we will find that the employed staff have usually not regularly accepted military political and cultural education, there were some tendencies problems as expressed in no sense of belonging and hard to be managed. And then the countermeasures were proposed as enhancing the reorganization of military culture, executing discipline strictly, paying attention to the implementation of education, strengthening job training, implementing reserved duty, perfecting management mechanism, with which make employed staff set their hearts at rest and work harder.
