我国大学生就业能力研究述评

The Research Review of College Students' Employment Ability In China

大学生就业能力的研究成为近年来我国学者关注的一个热点。从就业能力结构、就业能力对就业质量的影响以及大学生就业能力的干预研究三个方面对我国大学生就业能力研究现状进行了述评。同时,分析了当前大学生就业能力研究存在的问题,提出该领域今后的研究方向。

The research of college students＇ employment ability is a focus in China.The research reviewed the structure of employment ability,the influence on the employment quality by employment ability and intervention study of employment ability.The study analyzed the problem in present research of college students＇ employment ability,besides it suggested the future research direction in this field.
