The Principles of Administrative Rule by Law's Application in College Students Management

改革和完善高校学生管理工作是我国高等教育改革的必然要求,也是建设法治国家的必要保障。论述了作为行政主体的高校在学生管理工作中应遵循行政法治原则,并进一步论述了作为行政法治原则重要组成部分的法律保留原则、比例原则、正当程序原则、诚信原则的内涵及其法律意义。

The reform and improvement of students management in Colleges and universities in China are not only the necessary requirement for higher education reform,but also a necessary guarantee for the construction of a country under the rule of law.This paper discusses the issue of colleges,as administrative bodies,following the principles of administrative rule by law,and further analyzes legal reservation principle,proportion principle,and due process principle,the principle of good faith and their legal significance,as an important part of the principles of administrative rule by law.
