天冰调督胶囊对激怒模拟肝郁证模型大鼠生长抑素的影响

Effect of Tianbingtiaodu capsule on somatostatin of enraged rats with liver-depression syndrome model

目的观察天冰调督胶囊对大鼠进食量,血浆、胃窦和下丘脑生长抑素(SS)含量的影响。方法将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为6组,即:正常组、模型组、柴胡疏肝散组、吗丁啉组、天冰调督胶囊低剂量组、天冰调督胶囊高剂量组。以"夹尾激怒法"制作肝郁证模型,记录各组大鼠每日进食量,用放射免疫法测量大鼠血浆、胃窦及下丘脑SS含量。结果 (1)大鼠进食量:造模期间,除正常组进食量较稳定外,其余各刺激组进食量均明显下降,与正常组有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,各治疗组与模型组相比,具有显著差异(P<0.05),其中天冰调督胶囊高剂量组与其他治疗组有显著差异(P<0.05)。(2)SS含量:治疗后,与模型组相比,其他组SS含量均显著降低(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;其中天冰调督胶囊高剂量组与其他治疗组有显著差异(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论天冰调督胶囊能显著改善大鼠进食量,降低大鼠血浆、胃窦及下丘脑SS含量,这可能是其治疗肝郁证的神经内分泌物质基础之一。

Objective To observe the effect of Tianbingtiaodu capsule on the rat food intake, plasma, gastric antrum and hypothalamus somatostatin（SS） content. Methods 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups： the normal group, model group, Chaihushugan powder group, Domperidone group, low and high dose of Tianbingtiaodu capsule groups.The model of liverdepression syndrome was made in “Tail clamping enraged method”, recorded daily food intake of rats in each group, using radioimmunoassay for the measurement of rats plasma, gastric antrum and hypothalamus SS content. Results （1） The food intake： before treatment, the normal group food intake was stable, the food intake of rest groups reduced significantly compared with the normal group, there were significant differences（P 〈 0.05 ）.After treatment, the treatment group compared with the model group, with significant difference（P〈0.05）, the high dose of Tianbingtiaodu capsule group compared withother treatment groups had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. （2） SS content： compared with the model group, the other group SS contents were significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05）, the high dose of Tianbingtiaodu capsule group compared with other treatment groups had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Tianbingtiaodu Capsule can significantly improve the food intake of rats, decrease plasma, gastric antrum and hypothalamus SS content, which may be syndrome therapy neuroendocrine substance foundations.
