摘要 目的探讨PDCA循环法在急诊进修护士教学中的应用。方法初步建立起进修护士的基本信息库,制订并实施系统化的教学方案,在教学中参照PDCA循环法的四个阶段,将PDCA的四个阶段计划、实施、检查、处理具体运用在进修护士的临床教学中,随时发现问题,及时处理,形成良性循环,保证教学质量控制的有效性和适宜性,并采用"导师制"的教学方式,在实施的过程中结合目标教学的方法,有步骤地将教学理论与临床实践密切结合,实施教学计划。结果对2006年7月至2010年12月共77名进修生采用了PDCA循环法教学管理方法,比以往传统的教学方法满意度提升了8%。结论PDCA循环教学是一种程序化、标准化、科学化的教学模式,针对进修护士的特点定出带教目标及计划,着重抓计划落实与反馈,能有效提升急诊科进修护士的教学质量,使教与学更和谐。 Objective To investigate the application of PDCA cycle in the teaching Ibr advanced visiting nurses in emergency department. Methods Firstly set up the basic database of advanced visiting nurses, worked out and implement a systematic program of teaching, taught with reference to the fourstep PDCA cycle, particularly apply the plandocheckact cycle to the clinical teaching, identified problems at any time and fix them in time for a virtuous cycle to ensure the effectiveness and suitability of the quality control of teaching. Furthermore, the "mentoring" teaching combined with the target teaching method were used and the teaching programs through the close use of teaching theory and clinical practic were conducted. Results Applying the PDCA cycle teaching method to 77 advanced visiting nurses from July, 2006 to December, 2010 to increase the satisfaction by 8% than the traditional teaching in the past. Conclusion PDCA cycle is a programmed, standardized and scientific mode of teaching. Setting up the target and plan referring to the characteristics of advanced visiting nurses and focusing on the program implementation and feedback can effectively improve the teaching for advanced visiting nurses of emergency implementation and feedback, it can effectively improve the teaching for advanced visiting nurses in emergency department and make teaching and learning more harmoniously.
