Discussion of Security Operation for Jinping Hydropower Plant

结合锦屏水电站的特点,探讨了水电厂的安全运行管理工作,对传统安全措施如何在锦屏水电站中应用进行了分析。按照状态检修和国际职业安全协会(NOSA)五星安全管理体系的管理理念,提出了具有一定特色的安全管理策略。

According to the characteristic of Jinping Hydropower Plant, the security operation management of the hydropower plant is discussed, and how to apply traditional security measures to Jinping Hydropower Plant is analyzed. A distinctive security management scheme based on the condition-based maintenance and National Occupational Safety Association （NOSA） policy is proposed.
