创先争优活动中领导干部工作方法研究——以重庆三峡学院为例

A Study on the Working Methods of Leading Cadres in Excellence-seeking Campaigns:With Special Reference to Chongqing Three Gorges University

在创先争优活动中,肩负"组织领导者"和"实践先行者"双重使命的领导干部承担的责任至关重大。工作方法是否得当,直接关系到创先争优活动的成败。领导干部在组织活动开展过程中应找准活动切入点,建立活动示范点,寻找活动闪光点,培育活动兴奋点,构建活动支撑点,不断把活动引向深入。

With a dual role of organizer-leader and practice forerunner, the leading cadres play an important mission in the Excellence-seeking Campaigns. Their proper working methods have direct impetus on the effectiveness of the campaigns. They should identify the access, build up demonstration sites, search for exemplifying point of departure, cultivate activating subjects and forms, and construct the related frame so as to make the campaign more successful.
