摘要
目的:制定金钗石斛的种苗质量标准。方法:采集贵州赤水石斛种苗基地不同类型的金钗石斛种苗(组培苗、扦插苗),测定苗高、茎粗、节数等指标,利用数理统计方法,确定种苗分级的主要指标,并制定不同类型种苗质量标准。结果:苗高、株数/丛是评价金钗石斛组培种苗质量分级的主要指标;苗高、芽点数是评价金钗石斛扦插种苗质量分级的主要指标。结论:组培苗中,Ⅰ级种苗的苗高不低于17 cm,株数不低于3;Ⅱ级种苗的苗高不低于11 cm,株数不低于2;达不到Ⅱ级种苗标准的为不合格种苗。扦插苗中,Ⅰ级种苗的苗高不低于12 cm,芽点数不低于3;Ⅱ级种苗的苗高不低于6 cm,芽点数不低于2;达不到Ⅱ级种苗标准的为不合格种苗。
Objective : To establish the seedling quality grading standard of Dendrobium nobile. Methods : Height, stem thickness and stem nodes of seedlings( test-tube seedling and cutting seedling)from Chishui city Guizhou province were tested. Through statistical analysis, the key indicators for seedling quality grading were defined. Results : Height and the number of cluster were the primary indi- cator of test-tube seedling; Height and the number of buds were the primary indicator of cutting seedling. Conclusion: The grade test- tube seedling quality of each grade should reach the following requirements : for the first grade seedlings height ≥ 17cm, the numbers of cluster ≥3; For the second seedling height 11 - 17cm, the numbers of cluster ≥2. The grade cutting seedling requires the first grade seedlings height ≥ 12cm, the numbers of buds ≥3 ; The second grade seedling height 6 - 12cm, the numbers of cluster ≥2. Seedlings those can hot reach the second grade requirements are defined as unqualified seedlings.
