摘要
采用Maslach教师工作枯竭问卷,对北京印刷学院168名中青年教师群体的工作倦怠等方面进行调研。研究结果发现:我校教师的工作枯竭程度整体上并不严重,但男教师在情绪衰竭、非人性化和个人成效感等三个维度上都高于女教师,36~45岁组的教师情绪耗竭较为严重,中级职称的教师在情绪耗竭和成效感维度上工作枯竭程度最高,教师比教辅人员情绪耗竭程度要高,教辅人员的成效感较低。
The thesis makes a survey on burnout in teaching by using the Maslach Burnout Inventory among 168 young teachers in our college. The results display that the job burnout in our college as a whole is not serious till now. However, men are higher than women in emotional exhaustion, dehumanization and sense of personal achievement. Especially, the teachers at 36-45-year-old age group are critical in emotional exhaustion. Besides, the highest degree emerges from the teachers who get intermediate professional title on emotional exhaustion and sense of personal achievement. In addition, teachers are more serious than the non-academic staff in emotional exhaustion, but the sense of personal achievement of non-academic staff is relatively low.
