Development of CAPP System for Extrusion Die of Plastic Profile

本文根据塑料异型材挤出模具型腔复杂多变、零件加工工艺的方法和过程各异的特点,将模具零件分成机颈模板、型腔模板、型芯与分流锥,定型模板四大部分。

Based on the complexities and variation of extrusion die cavity of plastic profile and differences in parts machining and manufacturing process, the extrusion die for parts was divided into four sections; i.e., machine neck die block, die cavity block, core and shunt awl, and forming die block to make up the CAPP expert system of information integration in view of CAD/CAPP/CAM and warehouse management and manufacturing systems.
