利用国产设备挤出PVC结皮发泡异型材的研究

Extrusion of Crusted Foamed PVC Plastic Profile with Domestic Equipment

使用国产φ65单螺杆挤出机和自产结皮发泡模具并进行针对性改进,应用各种进口材料和国产材料进行配方工艺实验。结果表明:通过调整发泡剂,改性调节剂,流变润滑剂等材料的品种和用量,获得挤出发泡体稳定、发泡均匀、表观效果良好的结皮发泡异型材,制品密度0.4～0.8gcm3。

Crusted foamed PVC Plastic Profile was extruded with domestic φ65 single screw extruder and crusted foamed die. To the point improvements were made and experiments were conducted on formulation with various kinds of raw materials form abroad and at bome. The results showed that through adjusting species and contents of different materials such as foaming agent, modifying conditioner and rheological lubricant, crusted foamed plastic profile with stable extruded foam, uniform foaming and good apparent effect was obtained. Its product density renges from 0.4g/cm 3 to 0.8g/cm 3.
