摘要
介绍了我国地上轨道交通的建设情况以及国内外轨道交通事故的发生情况,分析了地上轨道列车事故的危险源、事故的主要特点以及事故救援的不利因素,并就应对此类事故的措施和处置此类事故的原则进行了探讨。
Introducing the construction of ground railway trans- portation and railway accident domestic and abroad, the dangerous resource, main feature and negative factors in rescue were analyzed, and the measures and principles of disposal of such incidents were discussed.
