摘要
超声检测灌注桩混凝土强度是指在超声检测桩身混凝土匀质性、完整性的同时确定桩身混凝土的强度。本文通过对不同龄期、不同设计强度等级混凝土的室内大量立方体试块、室内模型桩以及现场工程桩的声速率定,用统计分析方法建立起不同设计强度、不同龄期的混凝土声速与实际强度之间的相关关系,为确定基桩桩身混凝土强度提供了快速简便的方法。
The Inspection of concrete strength of cast in situ piles by Ultrasonic is to identify concrete strength at the same time to test uniformity and integrality of pile body .By measuring the wave speed of mass cube trial panes, model piles indoor and engineering piles in different age and different design strength , The article establish a relation of wave speed with concrete strength in different age and different design strength on basis of statistic method. And this provide a simple and speediness method to identify the concrete strength of piles body . [
