摘要
文章以叙事研究和访谈相结合为研究方法,对学前教育专业教育实习中实习日记的作用进行了研究。结果表明,记实习日记可以帮助实习生理清思路、调整心态;实习日记是教师和实习生之间沟通的桥梁;同时,实习日记可以培养学生批判性思维的能力。
In this paper,the roles of the internship diaries in educational practice of preschool education majors have been studied in the narration-interview analysis method.From the result,the following points can be got: the first,writing internship diaries can help trainees clear their thoughts and adjust themselves;the second,internship diaries are the bridges between teachers and trainees for their communicating and understanding with each other;and the last one,internship diaries can help trainees cultivate the ability of critical thinking.
