混凝土小型空心砌块在上海量大面广的住宅建筑中已广泛使用 ,但由于种种原因 ,砌块建筑的裂缝问题显得较为突出。结合上海市混凝土小型空心砌块设计工作的体会 ,全面阐述了混凝土小型空心砌块建筑中的一些常见裂缝产生的原因、种类及相关的控制措施。通过设计、生产和施工的不断改进 ,不少砌块建筑至今使用情况良好 。

Small concrete hollow blocks have been used widely for resident buildings in Shanghai,but the crack trouble of hollow block appeared quite prominent due to some reasons.The article introduces design experiences for small concrete hollow block in Shanghai,expounds comprehensively forming reasons,kinds,and preventative measurements for common cracks at small concrete hollow block buildings .By the way of improving design,production,and construction,a lot of block buildings in using are kept in good condition up to now.The problem of cracks in block buildings has been solved progresively.
